The H4H Foundation is dedicated to empowering individuals and creating meaningful change through community-driven initiatives and global support efforts. Since our founding in December 2022, we have provided over 400 meals to shelters in Toronto, delivered aid during the Syria-Turkey earthquakes, and sent over 10,000 essential items during the Lebanese crisis in 2024.
By addressing hunger, homelessness, and resource shortages, we aim to ensure everyone has access to basic necessities and opportunities for growth. With a commitment to transparency, we collaborate with organizations, businesses, and volunteers to deliver sustainable solutions and lasting impact.

The donors of the H4H Foundation are a dedicated group of individuals and organizations from Toronto and surrounding cities who choose to remain anonymous. Their identities are known only to the organizers, ensuring full confidentiality and allowing the focus to remain solely on the impact of their contributions. This approach reflects the donors' genuine intent to support those in need without seeking recognition, reinforcing our commitment to fostering trust, integrity, and meaningful change in the communities we serve.
